2 ) Anthony L. Calleo photographer on the USS Nassau . He gave me a collogue that had the majority of the pictures seen on this page. Anthony helped me a lot and I can't say thanks enough.

3 ) My father and mother who taught me to be proud of veterans and taught me the spirit of giving.

I would also like to thank the people of the USS Nassau CVE 16 Association members, who during the Washington Reunion in September 2000 made me fell very welcome. I can never express my gratitude enough to them for helping me understand more what these men went through during the war. It helped to reinforce the pride I have in having a father who fought in such a war and gave me even more pride for the men who fought in World War II.
